23The EPE European Workshop should adopt an agenda
of action 2006-2007 related to
- ?Market consultation is an exchange of
information with stakeholders, initiated to test
or elicit new ideas. It is a market search and a
technical dialogue with potential suppliers
before drawing technical specifications. - A construction team approach involving the
market in the design phase to make innovative
solution more likely. (It is already largely used
in the construction sector) . It also falls
within the tendering rules. - A public-private joint purchasing initiative
to increase the demand and a larger scale effect. - A public-private financial initiative, based
on the Dutch Green Funds system, to encourage
buyers to go for innovative technologies by
giving access to finance to innovative non
proven technologies. - A product group alert system to review
periodically a market for a given product or
product groups.
