• 17 Community Fire Stations at the heart of the
  community
• Stations covering Newcastle North (Gosforth),
  Central (Elswick), East (Byker), West (West
  Denton)
• Prevention and Education teams located within
  each local authority area
• Arson Task Force in each local authority area
• A developing local authority identity
