  chaired by Claudia Morrell
• Major white paper on role of technical capacity
  building in national development posted on WFEO
  web site
• International Federation of Engineering Education
  Societies formed last week in Rio de Janeiro
  WFEO CCB has joined
• Major effort at raising funds for WFEO CCB
  activities, utilizing development consultant
