  • Welcome each other to this day.
  • Discuss changes in your team in members or coach.
    Quickly review the strengths each of you bring to
    the team in reading, behavior or other unique
    skills each has such as the person who loves to
    fill out forms. Review your meeting schedule for
    the year and if you have published that for all
    members.
  • Discuss changes in your school this year new
    staff, new curriculum, texts, and/or training in
    reading or behavior, and or physical changes in
    the building? How will these changes affect
    MiBLSi activities at your school? If you have new
    staff how have you brought them up to speed
    with MiBLSi?
  • Discuss how you have you informed your parents
    and community of your MiBLSi activities for the
    year.
