Review of panel operations
  • Completed May 2008, by Terra Firma
  • Based on interviews and data collection
  • Feedback obtained from key stakeholders -
    Vendors, Agencies, and OCIO
  • Aim was to review the operational success of the
    Panel after one year.

  • There were initial teething problems
  • Most positive were Agency staff, followed by
    Vendors
  • Vendors measured success by project work won
  • Panel has not yet accomplished all objectives
  • There is wide support for the intent of the Panel
    across all stakeholder groups
