Coach Selection Process

• AGI (Attentional Growth Inc) selects coaches
  (from previous knowledge interaction with them)
  for the pilot.
• Attentional Growth Inc is a non-profit
  organization, 501(c)(3), whose purpose is to
  promote health and provide educational enrichment
  programming for members of the helping
  professions and the general public. It was
  founded and incorporated on April 12, 2004 in
  Birmingham, Alabama.

• Client sends a no-obligation e-mail invite to
  select employees
• Upon acceptance completion of coachability
  index, employee becomes client and AGI assigns
  a Life Coach
• Life Coach Client design the alliance to
  maximize their efforts

  survey, coaching agreement agrees to ongoing
  coach evaluation

How Much Does It Cost?

• 100 per hour compared to market rate of
  150-250 per hr
• Admin costs are included for the pilot only
• Minimum 5 clients/10 sessions each, or 5,000
  investment for pilot
