  Electronic Resource Management System
• Collaboration between libraries and vendors to
  develop a data dictionary and ER (entity
  relationship) diagrams that represented the work
  flow associated with managing electronic
  resources.

Lessons Learned

• Implementation of a new software system will take
  longer than you think
• Flexibility is important you may need to scale
  back your expectations of what an ERM can do
• Focus on what you NEED to know and prioritize
  those
