• 2- Should be true representative of ecological
  area (mountainous, coastal, or oasis).
• 3- Have malaria endemic history and preferably
  rich in expatriates at present.
• 4- Rich in vector breeding potential.
• 5- Better located in suspended darak without any
  intervention (larviciding, fish, etc).
• 2-3 in each Wilayat
