• 4 year program oriented to recent graduates
• Rotational assignments
• Typically leading to permanent position
• Advertising in late fall interviews in January
  placement for spring
• 33 EITs in system by Spring (10 new per year)
• Provide professional development training and
  experience to meet criteria for Professional
  Registration

• Eligibility to work in Canada - permanent
• Permanent resident
• Citizenship
• Landed Immigrant
• MoT has many foreign trained Engineers
• Typically have received Masters degrees in Canada

1. Ensure that you meet APEGBC requirements for
   eligibility for registration within B.C.
2. Understand and prepare for Competency and
   Behavioral Interviews
3. Consider and be knowledgeable of the local
   employment environment and workplace philosophies
4. Bring good oral and written communication skills
5. Ensure that you state that you meet all of the
   necessary requirements for the position
