Duties of WTSA-04
2. WTSA

• Adopt working methods procedures
• Consider reports by Study Groups TSAG
• including Questions proposed for next study
  period
• Approve, modify, reject draft Recs.
• SGs will not, in general, submit technical draft
  Recs. for approval

• Approve work program
• Decide to maintain, terminate, or establish Study
  Groups and allocate to them the Questions to be
  studied
• Appoint Chair and Vice-chairs of Study Groups and
  TSAG
• TSB will issue Circular Letter after TSAG-04 to
  request Members to provide candidates of
  Chairmen/VC of Study Groups
• Current Chairmen/VC can be re-elected for a 2nd
  term
