In the beginning is the Goal
  • The athlete that trains regularly and well will
    almost certainly improve
  • Great performances, e.g. Olympic, need clearer
    and more precisely planned training.
  • Preparing athletes is very much a management
    problem
  • Olympics athletes do the right work in the right
    amount at the right time and seize the right
    opportunity when the right circumstances occur.
  • Setting the right goal is the first step in every
    great achievement.
