LPGA-USGA Girls Golf, is a developmental junior
golf program, for girls ages 7-17. The only
national initiative of its kind, Girls Golf
presents an opportunity for girls to make lasting
friendships, gain self-confidence, learn to
compete and have fun, while fostering a lifetime
enjoyment for the game.
Clinics will be held at Richland Golf Center on
Mondays from 6 - 800 pm and 5 (five) Sundays
from 3 500 pm April 19th - June 29th
Clinics include the basics of the golf swing,
on course instruction, rules of the game, golf
etiquette, and fun competitions. Registration
is limited to 90 girls. Instruction will be
provided by Vicki Carpenter and Charlie
Richardson and Dean Kane Registration fee is
75.00 Fee covers cost for all events and a
LPGA-USGA Girls Golf membership kit which
includes an official membership card (allows
free admission to domestic LPGAUSGA womens
tournaments), bag tag, 2009 LPGA Tour schedule
poster, and other LPGAUSGA Girls Golf items.
