our launch dates of products and services or
upgrades to current products and services, our
performance and other information that has not
been disclosed to the public. Premature
disclosure of sensitive information could greatly
impact our business results and can put Verizon
Wireless at a competitive disadvantage. The
disclosure or misuse of confidential information
may result in disciplinary action up to and
including termination of employment. Examples of

  • On February 21st 2005, Verizon Wireless will
    introduce the America's Choice for Business
    Pricing strategy.
  • This new pricing structure will provide increased
    customer satisfaction and flexibility with the
    following attributes
  • Five new base Price Plans with Increased Minute
    Allowances (Also, five new Push to Talk plans)

  • More Anytime Minute Option and Night and Weekend
    Bundle Option require a new 1 or 2 year line
    term. Existing subscribers can switch to
    America's Choice for Business without a line term
    extension provided they do not select IN, NW or
    additional anytime liability.
  • Push to Talk-capable handsets may only be
    purchased and used with the Push to Talk Calling
    Plan Option. Customers that no longer want the
    Push to Talk Calling Plan Option will be required
    to exchange or purchase a non-Push to Talk
    handset.
