U-mail General purpose e-mail at UND.

• Name-based addresses (jo.doe_at_und.nodak.edu)
• Access via the web (http//und.nodak.edu)
• Access with POP/IMAP software such as
• Eudora
• Outlook Express
• Netscape Messenger

Go to http//www.und.nodak.edu/dept/CC/ choose
Email/Internet then choose Activate your
Account.

Enter your NAID Birthdate, then click the
Submit button.

Read the policies and click Proceed.

The next page informs you that your e-mail
address will be listed in the on-line directory.
Click the button for activate then Proceed.

A reminder about the directory. Select the
Continue the Process link.

Review your information and click the Update
button.

Enter a password and click Submit New Password.

And, finally, click Submit.

Your e-mail address is ready to go!

• First class to receive addresses with a dot
  between the first and last name. Prior to June
  2001 the addresses had an underscore.
• To look up someones U-mail address, go to the
  UNDInfo home page and click the E-mail Search
  link.
