Company Ideals
  • Our purpose is to make food purchases easy,
    convenient, and financially acceptable.
  • Instead of waiting in long lines to buy one drink
    or one burger, there are no lines and no long
    waits just fast delivery directly to your seats.

Heres how it works
  • Upon arrival to the stadium, all fans will
    receive a menu listing the items available for
    purchase that game.
  • Each seat will be outfitted with a phone to call
    the Fan Food Operator, who will take your order.
  • Within a short period of time, your food will
    arrive at your seat in the same perfect condition
    that it would have if you waited in line for
    twenty minutes.

What the fan doesnt see
  • The Fan Food Company operates from three main
    stations an operators room, a kitchen area, and
    finally the wait staff.
  • The operators take orders and forward them to the
    kitchen, the cooks then make the food from the
    orders, and the wait staff bring food from the
    kitchen to the fans seats.

How long will I have to wait?
  • Though it depends on the order size, the main
    purpose is to make sure your food arrives at your
    seat in a shorter time than if you had gotten up
    to get it yourself.
  • The Fan Food Company is based on quality and
    efficiency, so we guarantee your satisfaction by
    running every point of our operation as smoothly
    as possible, and then some!

But what if I want to get my own food?
  • We make sure that at every stadium we service, we
    include a small area for people who would rather
    get their own food.
  • The only difference between Delivery and
    Self-Service is that, for Self-Service, you will
    miss part of the game and will have to get up out
    of your relaxing seat.

How much will all this cost?
  • Part of our mission is to make stadium food more
    convenient and more affordable.
  • While one hot dog may cost 4.50 at a regular
    stadium, Fan Food hot dogs cost only 3.00 and
    taste just as good! This applies no matter what
    you order.
  • One extra charge that comes along with Fan Food
    is a 1 delivery charge per order. So even if you
    want 43 hot dogs, the delivery charge is still
    only 1.

Supply and Demand Will this work economically?
  • Yes! It will!
  • While our company costs may be slightly higher
    than that of regular stadium concessions because
    of seat installation, more employees, etc., we
    can make even more money because the demand for
    this concept will be very high. People look for
    quality and convenience, and with Fan Foods, they
    will find both, unlike normal stadium concessions
    which cannot provide the convenience.

How elasticity will affect us
  • One of the reasons are demand will be fairly high
    is that stadium food is fairly inelastic
  • Why it is inelastic
  • People usually need some sort of food at a game
    it's part of the reason they go
  • Once a team hires us, we will be the sole
    provider of food at that stadium
  • Our product is fairly cheap compared to other
    concessions stands

  • As one can see, this company can end up being
    very profitable. Although costs of expansion and
    growth could be very expensive, the profits have
    the possibility of being large enough to support
    this growth nationally and possibly
    internationally.
  • The hopes of the Fan Food Company are that while
    remaining profitable, we would be able to serve
    our fans in a way that is convenient and
    acceptable to them.
