Terms of Reference for discussion

• Scope of membership of the Community of Practice
• Membership should it be custodial or the
  broader RP community (ie. those with an interest
  therein such as SARA, Canada Lands, etc.)
• Consensus how do we vote or build consensus
  on decisions items?
• Scope of stakeholders if broader RP community,
  then stakeholder community is broader (ie. Not
  only TBAC/RP)
• Definition of real property should it be
  limited to federal real property? Should we
  include a definition from a provincial
  perspective? Other?
• Objectives is there an alternate word to use
  (i.e. aims, goals, etc.)?
