Lessons Learned
  • Consistency in Leadership is vital to sustain a
    program.
  • During the TLN pilot program the following
    percentages of personnel participated for the
    entire three years.

  • Tangible rewards are helpful.
  • Onsite technical assistance is appreciated.
  • Staying connected via technology is increasingly
