Using Impatica for Powerpoint

• Preparing your content in PowerPoint is the most
  complex step. Once you have created the
  PowerPoint presentation, compressing it with
  Impatica and bringing it into Blackboard is
  simple.

Step One Launch Impatica
Add your presentation to the source files window
Specify where the new files will be saved
Click Translate

Step Two Translate

Click Done

Step Three Zip the files
Identify the three files created by Impatica

Select All three files

Right Click on the selected files and choose Add
to Zip

After choosing I agree in the initial WinZip
window, specify a new name and location for the
zipped file

Step Four Upload to Blackboard

• The zipped file is added to Blackboard through
  the Control Panel like any other content, with
  two exceptions

Make sure to choose unpackage this file in the
Item Attachments, then Submit

Select the .html file as the Entry Point, then
Submit

Youre Done!

• The compressed Powerpoint is now available to
  your students as a smaller file that can be
  viewed without the application or the player!
