    accepted by CMS and Global Crossing between April
    1 and June 30, 2006

  • New Business Bonus
  • 25 Bonus of 3rd Billing Month MRC
  • For all sales activity generated
  • Total of MRCs must exceed 5K, but retroactive to
    every dollar sold
  • Combination of multiple sales OK
  • All paperwork must be completed, submitted, and
    accepted by CMS and TNCI between April 1 and June
    30, 2006
  • Must be new service activity not applicable to
    renewals of existing services under contract

  • 1,000 Bonus for 5,000 Total Net New MRC
  • For all sales activity generated both Wireless
    Monthly Charges and Wireline MRC
  • Total of MRCs must exceed 5K, but retroactive to
    every dollar sold
  • Combination of multiple sales OK
  • All paperwork must be completed, submitted, and
    accepted by CMS and SPRINT/NEXTEL between April 1
    and June 30, 2006
  • Must be new service activity not applicable to
    renewals of existing services under contract
    through CMS

  • New Business Bonus
  • Multiple of 3rd billing month MRC
  • 5,000 - 15,000 50 multiple Bonus Paid
