- For all sales activity generated
- Total of MRCs must exceed 5K, but retroactive to

- All paperwork must be completed, submitted, and
accepted by CMS and TNCI between April 1 and June
30, 2006 - Must be new service activity not applicable to
renewals of existing services under contract

10SPRINT/NEXTELCMS Sales Incentive
- New Business Bonus
- 1,000 Bonus for 5,000 Total Net New MRC
- For all sales activity generated both Wireless
Monthly Charges and Wireline MRC - Total of MRCs must exceed 5K, but retroactive to
every dollar sold - Combination of multiple sales OK
- All paperwork must be completed, submitted, and
accepted by CMS and SPRINT/NEXTEL between April 1
and June 30, 2006 - Must be new service activity not applicable to
renewals of existing services under contract
through CMS
11PREMIERE GLOBAL CMS Sales Incentive
- New Business Bonus
- Multiple of 3rd billing month MRC
- 5,000 - 15,000 50 multiple Bonus Paid
- 15,001 - 25,000 100 multiple Bonus Paid
