- Table is the default style for presenting data.
All the reports you have used so far in this
course have been in this format.
4Creating Tables
In a report, click the Insert Table button in the
Report Toolbar.
Click where you want the top left hand corner of
the block to appear.

- A financial table is like an ordinary table
except that the headings run vertically rather
than horizontally.

Select an existing table.
Click the Rotate Table button in the Report
Toolbar.

- A cross-tab looks like a spreadsheet with data in
cells.

Select the column of data you want to move.
Drag and drop the data to the top right corner.
You will see this mark if you are doing it
correctly ...
Tip If it does not work, dont worry - just
click the Undo button and try again.
10Cross-tab using the Wizard
1. Click the Insert Cross-tab button in the
Report Toolbar.
4. Select the variables you wish to use and
click Next.
3. Youre asked if you want to use the data in
the current document. Click Begin.

5. Here you can move or Pivot the data from
one class to another if you chose. When ready,
click Finish.
