  progress on Harmonization
• By the schedule,undergoing official WTO Notice
  for comments and then announcing the regulations
  (40 ECE Regulations in 2004, 5 ECE Regulations in
  2007)
• Leftovers are still being discussed
• Safety Regulation evolved into Developed era
• First Crash Test in Chinese Taipei was
  conducted at ARTC on 2005/01
• Closer to International tempo
• Twice per year, keeping track of ECE revisions
• Coping with demands from industry and safety,
