3ACCOUNT ACTIVATION
How to Activate Your EWGA Golf Life Management
Account
- Go to EWGA website, www.EWGA.com, and login to
the Members Only area. - On the left hand links, click on Activate Golf
Life Management - Follow the instructions on the Golf Life
Management System (GLMS) activation screen by
entering your password to the EWGA Members Only
area.
4ACCOUNT ACTIVATION
You will see the following screen, which
indicates that you have completed the form
requesting activation of your handicap account.
Shortly after completing the activation process,
you will receive an email notifying you that your
handicap account is not active. This email will
be sent to the address on file for you in the
EWGA Member Directory. Once you have received
the notice, you can start entering scores.
5USING THE GOLF LIFE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
- You can access GLMS two ways
- Click on the Post a Score link on the EWGA home
page - Log into the Members Only page and click on the
Golf Life Management Link
After entering your Member ID and Password from
one of the above links, you will be transferred
to your personal Home Page on the EWGA Golf Life
Management System. You will see this screen
below while you are being transferred.
6MY HOME PAGE
Once you are in the EWGA Golf Life Management
System you will see your personal Home Page.
In this system you can post your total score or
your hole by hole score to the golf course where
you played. GLMS maintains a course directory
of over 17,000 courses but it is suggested that
you create your own list of frequently played
courses. The courses you select for this list
will appear in your personal list of courses in a
drop-down box. Once a course is placed in your
personal list, you will not have to search for it
again.
7ADDING A COURSE TO YOUR PERSONAL LIST
Click the Courses Tab at the top of the
page. Enter in the course name and state. Select
the course from the matching results Then click
on the last red button on the right Add To My
Lists
After locating your course, click on Add To My
List
8POST TOTAL SCORE
- The Post a Score process
- Enter the date
- Select a course from your personal course list
you created above or search the Course Database - If the course is not found, select Manual Entry
and then you will enter the Name, Slope and
Rating of the Course played - If the course is found, select the tees from
which you played - Post your total score adjusted for equitable
stroke control
9POST HOLEBYHOLE SCORE
If the scorecard for the course where you played
is in the directory you can post your score hole
by hole.
10VIEW SCORING RECORD
All games posted to GLMS are available for
viewing at any time
11PRINT HANDICAP CARD
Handicap Card can be printed at any time by the
Handicap Chair or member
