  • May include non-business income or family living
    expense for sole proprietorships or partnerships
  • Includes income taxes
  • Includes principal and interest payments (PI)
  • Does NOT include Depreciation (Non-cash expense)

  • Measure repayment ability
  • Determine income tax liability
