Community Teams Program

• Building Leadership Capacity for Health
  Improvement

• Purpose is to facilitate the development of
  collaborative leadership and public health skills
  among teams of individuals who are mobilizing
  communities to identify and address health
  problems

Teaching Model

• Year long, applied learning program includes
• Individual team orientation
• Three in person training session - 2 days each
• Team and project work in home community
• Access to technical assistance
