nature like ours, and he prayed earnestly that it
would not rain, and it did not rain on the earth
for three years and six months. Then he prayed

What is prayer?

• A definition Prayer is communion with the
  Father, through the mediation of the Son and the
  assistance of the Spirit.

In the same way the Spirit also helps our
weakness for we do not know how to pray as we
should, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us
with groanings too deep for words and He who
searches the hearts knows what the mind of the
Spirit is, because He intercedes for the saints
according to the will of God. Romans 826,27

And He came out and proceeded as was His custom
to the Mount of Olives and the disciples also
followed Him. When He arrived at the place, He
said to them, Pray that you may not enter into
temptation. And He withdrew from them about a

cup from Me yet not My will, but Yours be done.
