  • BENEFIT
  • Budget is available on 1st of April to all the
    DDOs
  • Adherence to Budget and reduction in excessive
    expenditure. In 1999-2000 it was Rs. 1584 Crores
    has come down in 2005-06 to Rs 37 Crores
  • Efficient monitoring of state taxes. In 2005-06
    Rs 9113 Crores collected as against Rs 5795
    Crores
  • Quick disposal of pension cases excess payment of
    Rs 5.00 Crores prevented

Project Clearance Implementation Board
  • Board under the Chairmanship of Chief Secretary,
    Secretaries of concerned departments as members
    to give clearance follow-up the implementation
    of Projects on one table
  • Managing Director, TRIFAC is the member secretary
  • The Board meets twice a month
  • The Board gives clearance / sanction / consent on
    various aspects of project
  • Problems of on-going projects can also be taken
    up in the PCIB

Project Clearance Implementation Board
  • So far 45 projects worth Rs. 127754 crores have
    been considered by the PCIB 34 projects worth
    Rs. 97971 crores have been facilitated, while one
    proposal rejected
  • Implementation of 8 Projects has begun
  • Policy related / inter departmental issues also
    resolved by the Board
  • The average time taken to clear a project is 27
    days

Samadhan Online
  • Around 15 unresolved public grievances are
    selected randomly and sent for comments and
    compliance in the morning of the first Tuesday
    every month
  • The concerned officials are required to resolve
    these grievances before 4PM same day
  • Chief Minister in presence of the aggrieved
    citizen discusses the grievance with the
    concerned officer online through video
    conferencing
  • Officials are also required to explain reason for
    the delay

  • Parakh is a programme of monitoring the
    performance of basic services provided by about
    13 Departments like handpumps, transformers,
    schools, health services, anganwadis, public
    distribution system etc.
  • It is a feed back system

  • Nodal officer for every village visits allotted
    village every month. Meets villagers and collects
    information in prescribed format
  • Information collected by the nodal officers is
    keyed in. Various fault reports generated and
    distributed for follow up/remedial action
  • Commissioners, Collectors and SDOs review every
    month
  • Chief Secretary also reviews it through Video
    conferencing on third Thursday of every month

  • Number of letters registered 5.1 lakh
  • Number of files created 2.6 lakh
  • Number of file movements 11 lakh

    monitor tax paid yearly has substantially reduced
    tax evasion
  • VAT implementation will eliminate all
    possibilities of evasion
