Delegations are welcome at Central West LHIN
Board Meetings. Delegations wishing to address
an item at this meeting will be required to
submit a written application (Registration Form)
no later than 100 p.m. Wed., September 16, 2009.
A copy of the Delegation Registration Form
is available here. The number of Delegations
will be limited and each Delegation will be
