Evidence of DiTV Take-Up During The Pilot
- Market research revealed that
- 75 of volunteers who needed service during pilot
- thought about using DiTV
- 79 of this group actually did so via DiTV,
therefore ... - 59 of people needing service during pilot used
DiTV - 80 expect DiTV to be used in the future as
telephone is today - Cost Efficiency
- In each year 15 total benefits would be greater
than total costs. In year 1 the balance would be
minimal thereafter in years 2-5 inclusive, the
annual total benefits are greater than the total
costs by between 28,800 - 75,100
