Updates in 05 of Multimetrics Draft

• Detailed discussion in the mailing list regarding
  the comments raised at the last IETF meeting
• The wording of Sections 1 through 3 was reviewed
  and polished
• The pure passive segment metrics part was removed
  (5.4 and many other places)
• The One-to-group metrics report section was added
  (9.2)

  possible improvement

• Complete the definitions of spatial jitter
  metrics
• Co-authors need to discuss this.
• Start WGLC in mid January?
