• A small adaptor (a VoIP Gateway) is attached to
  your existing PBX - turns voice calls into
  digital packets
• Calls passed over broadband to VOIP Irelands
  Command Centre in Dublin
• Calls handed-on to the PSTN (public switched
  telephone network) at our command centre
