FGH Mission

• The Fort Garry Horse shall conduct armoured
  reconnaissance training in accordance with
  prescribed battle task standards up to the troop
  level within a squadron context while maintaining
  a solid footprint in the community

My Intent

• The intent of the Commander 38 CBG aligns very
  closely with the Armys defined roles for the
  Militia. It is my intent to follow that
  alignment very strongly and build on the units
  strengths to enable it to maintain its
  capabilities to meet the three roles well into
  the future

• All Cpls to conduct PLQ Mods 1 5 within 2 yrs

• Grow it (tell our story) through Assn, Senate,
  Ghost Sqn, etc and by unit members speaking at
  educational institutions, rotary clubs, community
  organizations, etc
