Implementation Issues(In context of 10-15 new
sites each month for 18 months)

• New Builds-gt Right of Way issues drive time
• Multiple parties involved do not see incentives
  in helping
• Think about leverage points (DPUC, Isolating
  worst party, etc.)
• Forget everything you know about demarcations
  and inside wiring policy
• Trees die, repaired sidewalks dont match,
  mark-outs wrong, etc.
• CWDM OADM at the margins some trouble
• Lighting is easy cutovers are political
• Opportunity with Optical to pre-configure
• Opportunity to pre-position equipment next to
  traditional gear prior to cutover
