- Purposed to drive and coordinate the expansion of
NSBE and to establish processes by which to
integrate international chapters into the NSBE

chapter chartered outside of US (1991). - London, England first chapter chartered in
Europe (1992). - University of the West Indies, Trinidad (1992)
first chapter chartered in Caribbean. - Kwame Nkrumah University of Science Technology
(Kumasi, Ghana) first chapter chartered on
African continent (1998). - The first NSBE International Convention will be
held in Toronto, Canada in 2010.
