Program Enhancement Objectives

• Clarify/standardize material and processes
• Clarify issues unique to Part 91/GA operators
• Better educate AVR field offices
• Prepare to work large volume of operators and
  aircraft
• Focus adequate resources where needed

Measures

• Hq staff and contract support added
• Updating or developing Job Aids, sample documents
  and guidance more specific to Part 91/GA
  application for RVSM Docs display
• Reinforcing AFS Regional RVSM Focal Point program
• Have established RVSM Points of Contact in each
  FSDO, CMO and ACO

• Reviewing and updating RVSM documents and
  guidance
• Have established RVSM Field Office Support (RFOS)
  Program pool of inspectors to travel to AFS field
  offices that require additional resources or
  expertise
• Will conduct periodic ACO RVSM Focal Point

  representatives, as necessary
