- Facilitating the creation of Large-scale
Renewables installations on Public Sector Land - Currently focussing on wind to get the idea
established - Will be moving into Bio-mass

4LA Carbon Management programme
- A one year, consultant supported programme aimed
at developing an organisation wide strategy to
embed ongoing carbon emissions reduction into the
day to day business of the council - To date Carbon Trust works with 98 councils on
LACM programme - Thats over one fifth of all UK councils
5LACM Progress to date 63 councils
- LACM has identified over 260,000 tCO2 per year
- Thats over 4000 tCO2 per council per year
- Total Cost savings identified 20.5M per year
- Thats over 300k per council per year
