  • Weekly, each region must collect certain data on
    each of its employees
  • Send the data off to the main office
  • Main offices also use a different software than
    all of the other regions.

    region in 2007.

Recommendation
  • Implement a new database system that incorporates
    all of the sections of HR
  • HR staff member would maintain all aspects of an
    employees records
  • Centralizing the record keeping
  • Placing all of an employees record under the
    supervision of one staff member
