History
  • Originally, the coating was invented for the
    steel industry. The reason for this was the
    molten metal being produced was causing the metal
    machinery to melt. Therefore Ceramic Coating was
    invented.

Process
  • The part is thoroughly cleaned
  • Then the part is blasted inside and out
  • The part is sprayed with the coating
  • coating is made of zirconium oxide, alkali
    silicate water
  • Next it is baked at 500 Degrees
  • Finally it is polished

  • Space
  • Marine
  • Automotive
  • High temperature enviroment
  • Can even be used on old parts

Benefits
  • Extends the life of the part
  • Withstand high temperature
  • Can be polished to resemble Chrome plating or
    high polished aluminum
  • Increase power and fuel economy
