• It is hard to find persons who are undiagnosed
  HIV and not in care
• Impact
• 25 of HIV persons remain undiagnosed
• 37 of known HIV are not in care
• HIV persons, undiagnosed or not in care, are not
  receiving secondary prevention messages or
  treatment
• Solution
• Targeted outreach, of social networks of friends
  and acquaintances of diagnosed HIV individuals,
  where there is documented prevalence
