Salient Features (BGHS)
- Established in 1996 by a group self motivated
educated people of the village - Envisaged that the high school will provide the
required impetus to the girl child education - Only high school in the Panchayat and the only
girls high school in Block (5 Panchayats) - Seven batches have appeared for Xth class
examination - Got the Orissa Government recognition in the
academic year 2005 -06 but unaided - No fees is collected from student
- Books, uniform is provided to the school to
encourage the students

direction are the cause behind it - Bhusandpur Girls high was established in 1996 to
address the above issues. It is now a Govt.
