  process. Why do you think that is the case?

• Firms can only work on a limited number of
  projects because of limited resources
• Must follow ad hoc process because they will not
  have the time or resources to plan
• When new project arrives, software implementation
  is required
• Adaptive maintenance is required
• The firm might not have the proper staff required
