4TQs subscription campaign progress
- Cold calls commenced Dec 4th following launch of
QTS by Tourism Minister on Dec 1st 2006 - Thank you to those RTOs who supplied hot lists
of prospective ATDW subscribers, they were the
fist we called! - Now 1986 full ATDW subscribers live (excluding
FOC listings and STDW products yet to be
upgraded)
5TQs subscription campaign progress
- Of the 1986 current subscribers, 187 are new
products live since Dec 1st 2006 - TQ has had contact with over 750 Queensland
operators - Over 50 currently in data entry process
- Now following up via email and phone to get forms
in! - Non-eligible products eg. Real estate agencies,
individual units, marriage celebrant, travel
wholesalers

8STDW Product upgrades
- Once updates have been received and processed,
eligible STDW products will be upgraded to full
ATDW subscribers - Approx. 400 current STDW products
- TQ will run a script to complete this upgrade of
distribution markers in individual reccords
9As communicated last week via email- renewal
kits have been distributed via post or email- to
allow accurate monitoring of whether records have
been returned and where/when they were forwarded
to for data entry, updated records are to be
returned to TQ - please ensure that records are
updated as soon as possible, as the expiry date
for most products is only 7 weeks away
- Renewal/update campaign 07/08
10The renewal kit contains- renewal letter about
QTS subsidy scheme - copy of their complete
existing ATDW record for them to thoroughly
review (not just their rates/tariffs) and return
to TQ with changes made on - "No Changes
Required Form" - copy of the new ATDW flyer-
help sheet with "Product Description Writing
Tips" - reply paid envelope addressed to TQ's
ATDW Team
- Renewal/update campaign 07/08
11Sugar CRM tool
- Sugar CRM has been customised to meet the needs
of TQs ATDW Team and is now in use - Ironing out the bugs now
- Greatly assisted in managing the communications
with existing and prospective subscribers - As TQ owns the IP for this customised version
- In the future this application may be accessible
to RTOs
12TQs subscription campaign will continue until
April 2007 Please continue to send through
prospective subscriber lists with contact details
No time cut-off for the subsidy scheme after
April 1st 2007, eligible products can subscribe
at any time

14How will new data standards affect existing
products?
- In partnership with ATDW, TQ will be addressing
the new data standards from May Dec 2007 - Issues to be discussed include
- Multimedia Requirements
- Product description word limits
15STRIDE PROJECT update
- UAT for Release 10 has been completed
- 16 April 07 National Cutover
- National meeting next week in Sydney
- Nothing else new to report.
