Wave Solder Masks.

• PCB carrier is of anti-static material.
• All fasteners of stainless steel or titanium.
• Any integral weights are of tooling grade
  aluminium and anodised.

Component Weights.

• Designed to suit application,
• Manufactured from tooling grade aluminium or
  tufnol with stainless steel alignment pins,
• Supplied in storage boxes.
• Where possible, weights are made for more than
  one product.

Conformal Coating Masks.

• These vary according to client requirements.
  Examples are available.
• PCB is supported on outer edges in a frame via
  tooling holes,
• Removable mask is placed over product prior to
  spray application,
• Materials are stainless steel and tooling grade
  aluminium.

• Test fixtures are designed to client design
  specifications.
• Of ergonomic design.
• Fully guarded.
• Automated if required.
• Manufactured from durable materials.

Machine Design.

• We are able to undertake complete design,
  manufacture and commission,
• Designs include closing presses, continuous
  cutters, punch and die tools, robotics to name
  but some.

  examples,
• But.we CAN DO IT.
