Accounts of Bataan

• beheaded many who became too weak to continue the
  trip.  Other prisoners were used for bayonet
  practice, or pushed to their deaths from cliffs
  to amuse their captors with their screams.  Young
  Philippine girls were pulled to the side of the
  road and repeatedly raped.  Heartbroken mothers
  were known to spread human feces on their
  daughter's faces to make them less desirable to
  the enemy.
