Finding books on a topic
What to do if you dont have a reading list
You can search Unicorn by keyword or subject to
find items related to a topic. Moving beyond
your reading list is always a good idea. It shows
signs of independent research, so why not give it
a go?

• Thinking about your topic
• Once you have a topic to research, think about
  the key concepts involved.
• Discuss the factors that may affect the
  construction of low rise buildings.
• Try searching for relevant material by typing
  some key words into Unicorn.
• Think of all the ways your key concepts could be
  expressed, for example construction
• or development or assembly.
• Dont forget to think about spelling variations,
  for example aluminium (UK) and
• aluminum (US).
