FC-8 Resource Management Division

• Oversees and manages the allocation and
  apportionment of current year funds to all
  FORCECOM units.
• Actively participates in the Coast Guards
  strategic budget build process for out-year
  programs, plans, and budgets.
• Conducts Shore Planning gap validation and
  prioritization for FORCECOM units, in conjunction
  with DCMS.
• Manages FORCECOM Staff / Units Personnel
  Allowance List (PAL/RPAL) receives, reviews, and
  provides concurrence on reprogramming requests
  from FORCECOM units. Receives, reviews, and
  provides feedback to DCMS regarding reprogramming
  requests impacting readiness.
