a call can be a disaster. Playing "telephone tag"
can be aggravating and counter productive. And
sitting at your desk waiting for that all
important call? well, that just doesnt work!
What if your desk phone followed you around the
office all day? Introducing the Model CM-16 from
Aastra Telecom. With no need for expensive
additional switches, boxes or network gear, the
Model CM-16 simply allows you to make and receive
calls anywhere in your office. And, it gives you
features of your M1 desk phone in the palm of
your hand. Featuring a backlit display screen,
the Model CM-16 offers a user friendly menu and
intuitive operation for ease of use. The screen
displays incoming Caller ID information, set
status, features activated and menu selections
which are activated using two softkeys. With a
host of user options, including silent aler t,
call timer and key lock, the Model CM-16 can be
customized to your preferences. The handset also
is equipped with a headset jack to provide even
more flexibility. An additional feature of the
Model CM-16 is the 50 name and number Directory.
By adding the names and numbers of those you
frequently call, the handset gives you the added
flexibility of easily making calls away from your
desk without having to look up numbers. A 10
number redial function also makes it easier to
place calls quickly and accurately. The Model
CM-16 employs 2.4 GHz technology and a wall
mountable base station (included) to transmit a
clear signal to the handset in a business
environment. Also included with the unit is a
desk charging cradle that recharges the handset
