• So now what to do ???

• Definition of Minimum Mandatory Tasks for
  Practical Training
• The Master Parameter should not be the duration
  but the content
• Standardization of all Practical Training under
  JAR/ECAR (PART)-147 criteria
• Avoidance of the need of two separate responsible
  organisations (147-MTO and 145-MO)
• Case by case review by authority after approved
  training is not necessary

• The goal should be

• After satisfactorily completion of such an
  approved complete training course (even
  performed in different training organisations)
  the issue of an Aircraft Maintenance License
  should be no problem
• The 145-MO should work in front and the
  147-MTO should train primarily

BASIC EXAMINATION QUESTIONNAIRE

• Publication of the official Questionnaire by the
  Authority
• Prequalification Matrix published by the Authority

CONCLUSION

• The goal is excellent competence of the student
  guaranteed by an Approved Training Organisation
  independent of their location and nationality.
