  • As a representative of your company, you not only
    stand for yourself, but for your company as a
    whole.
  • Respect your clients time by being punctual to
    meetings and meals.
  • Respect your customers even the rude ones!
    Dont repay rudeness with rudeness.
  • Respect your clients privacy. Avoid prying into
    private affairs unless invited to do so.
  • Handle yourself in a gracious and courteous way
    during business meetings.
  • Write follow-up letters and thank-you notes to
    clients.
  • Remember that you are an employee at all times
    when at conventions and trade shows even in the
    evening!
