  • A resource is anything available to use for aid
    or to take care of a need a means to accomplish
    a goal.

  • Remember, people are excellent resources that can

    physical resources (skills) to achieve a goal.

  • Know the reliability and skills of the resource
    that you are recruiting.

    by committee

    available to the lodge.

    or burned out.
