• Now 26 years old
• Also started small with the employment of a
  Community Development Worker for the South
  Waikato 16 years ago
• This Worker started with
• - no office
• - no phone
• - no car
• - no pens and no paper
• A Board Member writing a personal cheque for
  TCOSS to become solvent
